At Souqmada, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels are included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided.
2. Exchange Eligibility
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery in the following cases:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Digital products, software, or downloadable items.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once opened.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
- SouqMada will cover all return shipping and replacement costs for approved claims.
5. Refund Process
- Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as return requests under this policy.
8. Right to Refuse Returns
SouqMada reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests that do not comply with this policy.
